4. Refund Policy

If the artist fails to deliver the commission within the agreed timeline or if the work does not meet the client’s requirements, the client may be eligible for a refund. This policy ensures client protection against incomplete or unsatisfactory work.

5. Artist Payment Details

Artists must provide valid payment details, such as PayPal or digital wallets like GCash, to receive payouts. TORCH will verify these details to ensure seamless transactions and prevent payment issues.

6. Artist Agreement

• Artists agree to complete and deliver commissions according to agreed timelines and specifications.
• Artists accept that TORCH will hold payments until client satisfaction is confirmed.
• Artists acknowledge that disputes will be mediated by TORCH and payments may be withheld until resolution.
• Artists agree to provide valid and verified payment details for seamless payouts.
