1. Commission Process and Payment

Full Payment Upfront: Clients must pay in full before work begins to secure the artist's time and effort.

No Refunds: Client-initiated cancellations after payment are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution: Clients may file a dispute for delayed artwork beyond the agreed timeframe.

2. Intellectual Property

Artist Retains Copyright: The artist maintains ownership of the artwork.

Usage Rights: Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Commercial rights require separate negotiation.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• No illegal or unauthorized use of the platform.
• No contacting artists outside the platform to bypass fees.
• No disrupting the platform’s operations or infringing on other users' rights.

4. Account Management

Clients must maintain their account security and report unauthorized access immediately.

5. Platform Responsibilities

TORCH connects Clients and Artists but does not guarantee the quality or delivery of commissioned artwork.

Payment processing is facilitated but TORCH is not a direct party to commission agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

TORCH is not liable for any indirect damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or unauthorized content use.

7. Governing Law

This agreement follows the laws of Philippines, with legal disputes handled in its courts.

8. Modification of Agreement

TORCH may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies agreement to changes.
